A recent survey found that 43 percent of 18 to 24-year-olds don’t identify as gay or straight; while another piece of research has suggested that women are never heterosexual, only gay or bisexual.
Mainly because I’m a 26-year-old gay dude living in Los Angeles who has never had a “significant other,” unless you count the two girlfriends I had in middle school. Sure, I’d go on dates, but they were very few and far between.
If I had to describe anxiety in one word, it would be exhausting. So anxiety is exhausting, and I don’t think everyone is built to date someone who has severe anxiety. It’s difficult for our anxieties not to affect you.
And if the worst case scenario does indeed happen, the outcome of that scenario will be the worst one imaginable.
